Job Description
1. Consolidation Management Report & Cash Flow Statement.Ensure timely and accurately produce monthly/quarterly consolidation group management report, cash flow statement and notes to accounts for Manager approval and fulfil statutory requirements.Assist in preparation of group forecasts and budgetManaging the intercompany transactions and balancesAssist Head of Finance for HISYS quarterly reporting.Assist in preparing financial information for quarterly Board Meeting purpose.2. Compliance with Statutory RequirementsLiaison with internal, external auditors and tax agent on statutory requirements by providing the audit schedules/ analysis required.Manage external audit process to ensure timely resolution of audit issues and completion of audit.Assist in transfer pricing documentation preparation.3. Keep abreast of changes in the financial reporting standards and establish internal processes and procedures in incorporating the changes in the internal and external reporting system.4. Assist in preparation of ad-hoc management reports and analysis.5. Participate in ongoing process improvements and system enhancement to best manage business reporting.6. Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management from time to time and / or job rotation on portfolio.Requirements:-2-3 years experience in group reportingAccounting system - ERP, e.g. JD Edwards/SAPAccuracy and Detail OrientationAnalytical Skill
