About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Fresh Graduate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their journey in finance, accounting, or business operations. Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Support the accounting team with reconciliations, journal entries, and expense tracking.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights for management.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and decision-making.Participate in audits, compliance checks, and other finance-related projects as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Internship or up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred (finance, accounting, or audit).Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.Good communication and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
