Job Description

Our client, an investment firm with a dynamic and international environment, is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager / Fund Administrator to act as a key integrator between finance, operations, compliance, and people management.This position suits a hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across various domains — from fund operations to corporate finance and internal coordination — ensuring efficient execution of all business processes.Finance & AccountingOversee day-to-day accounting for multiple entities (funds and holding structures).Manage invoicing, expense reporting, and coordination with external accountants.Support quarterly and annual financial reporting.Monitor investor cash movements and prepare capital calls and distributions.Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC/AML, and FATCA processes.Support investor communications and maintain fund documentation (capital calls, reports, LPAC materials).Ensure proper maintenance of governance records and fund data.Compliance & RiskMaintain compliance registers and regulatory filing calendars.Assist with AIFMD and SFDR documentation and ensure audit readiness.Oversee insurance renewals and maintain internal control documentation.ESG CoordinationCollect and consolidate ESG KPIs from portfolio companies.Coordinate meetings with external ESG advisors and assist in annual ESG reporting.Office & People OperationsManage office administration, supplier relationships, and internal logistics.Support onboarding and HR-related processes for new hires and interns.Contribute to team events and investor meetings coordination.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in a financial, operational, or fund administration role.Prior exposure to private equity or investment environments is a strong asset.Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial tools or fund management systems.Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.Proactive, dynamic, and discreet with sensitive information.Why JoinA strategic role at the intersection of finance and operations, close to senior leadership.Exposure to a fast-paced investment environment with high standards and collaborative culture.Opportunity to take ownership and drive internal efficiency within a growing structure.PackageA competitive remuneration package including fixed salary, bonus potential, insurance coverage, mobility benefits, and additional perks aligned with your experience and impact.
