From day one, you will have a permanent role in one of our organizations, where you will play an active role in daily deliveries. In parallel, you will participate in a number of common training weeks with the other Finance graduates throughout the year, do various job rotations to increase your insights of the Volvo Group and last but not least you will grow as a person. Your contribution will help strengthen business control, improve data quality, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across markets and teams. Some of your responsibilities include:Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize finance processes across teams.Proposing digital solutions (e.g., advanced Excel models, Power BI dashboards, Power Query automation) to enhance business control routines.Reducing manual tasks and improve the accuracy and quality of financial data.Collaborating with finance, business, and IT teams to plan and structure long-term process improvement projects.Benchmarking digital tools and practices used by different finance teams and propose scalable solutions for broader implementation.Who are you?You are passionate about innovation and thrive on driving continuous improvement through digitalization. Above all, you are committed to building trust, delivering high performance, and contributing to continuous improvement and customer success.Qualifications For This RoleBSc or MSc in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.Experience in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Data bricks.MS Office, especially Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, etc.)Previous experience with data analytics or business control is a plusMaximum 2 years of full-time work experience prior to or after graduation, excluding work during studies.
