From day one, you will have a permanent role in one of our organizations, where you will play an active role in daily deliveries. In parallel, you will participate in a number of common training weeks with the other Finance graduates throughout the year, do various job rotations to increase your insights of the Volvo Group and last but not least you will grow as a person. Your professional and personal growth will be supported through individual and team development sessions, mentoring, coaching and feedback.You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business, which will help you get a holistic view and build your future career within the Volvo Group. You will work with follow-up, planning and estimates of IT cost and deliveries as well as providing proactive financial analysis and advice to management, helping guide decisions that strengthen business results and operational efficiency.Beyond traditional controlling activities, you will contribute to the Volvo Group’s digital transformation, supporting initiatives within automation, innovation, and advanced analytics that shape the future of how we work.Who are you?We are looking for next-generation experts and leaders within the Finance field who want to make a real difference to society. In this role, you should be able to cooperate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.  You have a strategic, long-term mindset and great skills in telling a story based on financial information in a way that is understood and actionable.Qualifications For This RoleBSc or MSc degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar fields. Meritorious if you have read courses in AI, machine learning and deep learning. Excellent analytical skills as well as visualization and communication skills.Strong digital literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems, including AI solutions, and engaged in driving automation through their use. Good knowledge Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluency in business English, both spoken and writtenKnowledge in Power BI or SAP are a meritYou should not have more than two years of full-time working experience prior to, or after graduation, excluding work during studies.
