During 12 intense months, you will get an end-to-end perspective of our Finance functions and how we co-drive the business, both from a local as well as from a Volvo Group perspective. From day one, you will have a permanent role in one of our organizations, where you will play an active role in daily deliveries. In parallel, you will participate in a number of common training weeks with the other Finance graduates throughout the year, do various job rotations to increase your insights of the Volvo Group and last but not least you will grow as a person. Your professional and personal growth will be supported through individual and team development sessions, mentoring, coaching and feedback.You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business, which will help you get a holistic view and build your future career within the Volvo Group. We hope you will learn as much from us as we will from you!Our Organization - Volvo TrucksVolvo Trucks Europe North & Central (VTENC) is one of six Sales Areas in Volvo Trucks. We operate in nine of the most advanced Truck Markets in the world and manage a business with a yearly turnover of close to fifty (50) billion SEK. The Sales Area is leading the transformation to zero emission transports, with the largest running fleet of heavy-duty electric trucks in Europe. The Sales Area has a wide range of offerings, New Trucks, Used Trucks, Spare Parts and various up-time and productivity services. The Sales Area also includes retail operations with wholly owned Truck Centers.Your Future TeamIn our small and dynamic team, we share broad responsibilities and work closely together to ensure a strong overall delivery. This requires excellent collaboration skills, an open mindset, and a willingness to adapt as we fine-tune individual roles based on each controller’s strengths. Working both with the Sales Area management team and across various markets, you will quickly gain a deep understanding of the entire value chain and the truck business.How You Will Make An ImpactIn this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our financial performance and business insight across multiple markets. By applying your strong analytical and communication skills, you will help translate data into meaningful insights that support decision-making at both Sales Area management and market levels. Your curiosity and genuine interest in financial systems and processes will enable you to identify improvements, enhance efficiency, and contribute to a deeper understanding of our full value chain and the truck business.You will also have the opportunity to grow within a truly global organization. Excellent analytical and communication skills and genuine interest in financial systems and processes. Good understanding of financial drivers and how it relates to a business context Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel Interest in and practical application of Data analytics and AI based tools and solutions High proficiency in written and spoken English, Proficiency in additional languages is also considered a strong advantage Maximum 2 years of full-time work experience, excluding work during studies, prior to or after graduation.
