During 12 intense months, you will get an end-to-end perspective of our Finance functions and how we co-drive the business, both from a local as well as from a Volvo Group perspective. From day one, you will have a permanent role in one of our organizations, where you will play an active role in daily deliveries. In parallel, you will participate in a number of common training weeks with the other Finance graduates throughout the year, do various job rotations to increase your insights of the Volvo Group and last but not least you will grow as a person. Your professional and personal growth will be supported through individual and team development sessions, mentoring, coaching and feedback.You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business, which will help you get a holistic view and build your future career within the Volvo Group. You will support your team and the broader finance community in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights.Your Responsibilities May IncludeAssisting in the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, supporting accurate and timely reporting.Preparing management and financial reports, including monitoring trends and variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.Supporting the analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and IFRS.Contributing to the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholdersAssisting in identifying and researching accounting issues or discrepancies.Supporting ad hoc financial and operational analyses to help identify risks and opportunities for the business.Help maintain financial guidelines, procedures, and controls, ensuring transactions are properly recorded and tracked.Contributing to best practices in financial reporting across VFS markets.Who are you?We are looking for a proactive, analytical and curious individual with a strong interest in Finance and Accounting. You are a problem-solver with great attention to detail and eager to learn in a collaborative, global team.Qualifications For This RoleA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.Some practical exposure to financial reporting or accounting, e.g., through internships, student projects, or entry-level roles.Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets.Experience with data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a strong plusGreat communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights.A positive, service-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for learning and contributing to team success.Not more than 2 years of fulltime work experience before or after graduation, excluding work during studiesA valid study or work permit for the country to which you apply (if not a citizen) What’s in it for you?BenefitsOur Finance Graduate Program begins in September 2026, and you will be offered a permanent position at Volvo Group.
