OIGC oversees six subsidiary companies across various sectors, with a core offering that includes aviation services, water treatment manufacturing, energy‑saving solutions, food & beverage operations, IT services, and international trade & sourcing.Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time Finance & HR Executive role located on‑site in Sepang. The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR and Finance services across the organisation. Responsibilities span HR management (including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations) and financial management (covering accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, budgeting, and statutory reporting). Daily tasks will include processing monthly payroll, maintaining accurate HR and financial records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and financial regulations, preparing management reports and budgets, and serving as a key liaison with auditors, tax authorities, and statutory bodies. The role demands a balanced focus on people and numbers, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to support business decisions with timely and accurate insights.QualificationsHR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and financial management skillsExperience in full‑cycle payroll processing and full set of accounts, with knowledge of statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, KDN, JTK) and financial reporting requirementsKnowledge of employment laws, industrial relations practices, and Malaysian financial regulationsProficiency with HRIS and accounting software (e.g., Deskera HRMS, UBS, SAP, QuickBooks) and strong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, PHR, or SHRM‑CP are advantageousMeticulous attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential informationProven ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment and balance multiple priorities Industry: Airlines and Aviation*Management Consulting and Business Development experience is preferred.Employment Type: Full‑timeSalary Range: RM 3,500–4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
