Our Finance Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to key financial functions through both project-based work and departmental rotations.About The ProgramAs a Finance Intern, you will rotate through several core finance departments, including:Accounts Payable & Receivable: Learn the fundamentals of cash flow management, vendor relations, and customer invoicing.Controlling: Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to help drive strategic decisions.Accounting: Assist with month-end close processes, journal entries, and financial reporting.FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): Contribute to financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development.Technical Accounting: Gain insight into complex accounting standards and compliance requirements.Each rotation will involve a combination of shadowing, hands-on tasks, and a dedicated project designed to deepen your understanding of the function and its impact on the business.What You’ll GainA broad understanding of financial operations in a dynamic business environmentExposure to cross-functional teams and senior finance professionalsDevelopment of analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsA chance to contribute meaningfully to real business challengesWho We’re Looking ForStudents enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internshipPursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldFluency in English (spoken and written)Strong analytical mindset and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentFortive Corporation OverviewFortive’s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
