Strong work ethic and prioritization skills are key.Job RequirementsWho you areEducation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar; or working toward AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or another professional finance qualification.Experience: No prior experience required; coursework or projects in finance/accounting are a bonus.Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail and solid analytical thinking.Communication: Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills in English.Organisation: Able to stay organised and manage multiple tasks effectively.Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the finance team.Growth Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to develop in a finance role.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be working onData Entry: Assist with entering financial data into our accounting system and preparing data for upload, ensuring accuracy.Invoice & Expense Processing: Support the team by checking and processing invoices via the AP management system (Payhawk), helping maintain smooth operations.Reconciliations: Reconcile bank, customer, supplier, and intercompany accounts to ensure financial records are up to date.Month-End Journals: Prepare and post depreciation, FX, and other month-end journal entries to support the finance close process.Reporting: Help create basic financial reports and summaries, reviewing data in Excel to ensure clarity and correctness.Team Support: Provide general day-to-day support to the finance team, gaining exposure to various finance operations.Job BenefitsPackage, Perks & BenefitsPaid internship: €900 per month26 days annual leave (pro-rated for the duration of the internship)Travel reimbursement providedAccess to an annual Learning & Development budget to grow your skillsHybrid working on a day-to-day basis, with the flexibility to work remotely for limited periodsDog-friendly officesOffice social events and annual company-wide offsite events to connect and celebrate with the teamPotential opportunities for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internshipA MacBook and AirPods provided for your work (AirPods are yours to keep at the end of the internship!)Onboarding home-office package to set you up for success
