Investigate accounts payable issues as needed. Monthly reconciliation of supplier’s accounts. Updating fixed asset register on JDE system and processing depreciation journals. Fixed Asset reconciling. Company Credit card administration. Monthly reconciling of Visa Spend System to JDE system (GL). Fleet card administration. New applications, cancellations, and amendments. Prepare monthly accrual schedule. Quarterly submissions (Reserve Bank and SASRIA) Ad Hoc Projects.Requirements Finance Qualification (BCom Degree or equivalent)Knowledge IFRS Tax acts (VAT) JD Edwards General Ledger Best Practices Basic level of Excel skillCompetencies Analysis Decision making Persuasive communication skills Interpersonal skills Adaptability to changing environment(s) Take Initiative Planning, organising, coaching and development.
