This internship activities include:Assisting with financial reporting and analysis to monitor performance and support business decisions. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements within Finance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure consistency in reporting. What you will learn:During this internship, you will gain exposure to core finance practices and tools that support business decision-making in a fast-growing international organization. Key learning opportunities include:Financial analysis and reporting to understand how insights drive strategic decisions. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling basics, including hands-on use of Excel. Foundations of accounting and process improvement, with exposure to real-world finance projects. Commercial finance perspective, learning how pricing, margins, and KPIs influence market strategies. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems in a practical setting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship from experienced finance professionals. Key educational requirement:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with solid proficiency in MS Excel (experience with financial modeling is a plus). Comfortable working with financial tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP). Fluent in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus. Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented, with an interest in understanding both operational and commercial aspects of finance.
