Finance Lead / Manager (English / French Language)

About the roleThe Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations including management reporting, budgeting, investment analysis, budgeting, treasury oversight, bank liaison, strategic financial planning, audit and compliance to support business objectives. This role will supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth while working in a fast-paced environment.What you'll be doingLead and supervise the accounting team ensuring high-quality work and efficient processesOversee treasury functions, cash flow management and banking relationshipsManage costing and budgeting for property investments and operationsPrepare, review, and analyze management accounts and financial reports and statutory complianceCoordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completionAnalyse investment opportunities with financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and risk assessmentMonitor financial controls and internal processes for compliance and improvementsLiaise with banks and financial institutions on financing and banking mattersProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-makingWhat we're looking forCPA or similar professional accounting qualificationMinimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing industriesProven experience managing finance teams and coordinating accounting and treasury functionsStrong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial reporting principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in liaising with banks and external partiesProficiency in accounting softwareDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a growing and dynamic environmentEnglish & French Language is a must
