Find out more about our mission at www.opella.com.About The JobThe trainee will play an active role in supporting the BA&C team by helping to streamline and standardize Marketing & Sales finance activities, contributing to greater efficiency and alignment across the function.Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial reporting.Expenses control (budget vs actual).Managerial presentation support.Participate during the budget/forecast preparation.Support BA&C team during month end closing activities (expenses, price variation, site production, added value & yield).RequirementsEducation: University students. Record, track, and report on the status of the investment budget. Manage and follow up on the creative requests backlog, ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring usage and performance. Document and propose improvements to internal processes to increase operational efficiency.
