Come join us.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the responsibility of Planning and Forecasting, Fundraising and Managing Investor Relations. Planning and Re-engineeringAnnual Planning and Budgeting exerciseForward looking rolling fortnightly / monthly / quarterly outlookLeading Re-engineering opportunities leading to cost savesReviewing Strategic Investment Committee proposalsInvestor Community Interactions And Market AnalysisCreating Investor materials (Investor Presentation, Financial Analysis and Business Plans) and ongoing interactions with Investor Community across Private and Public Market InvestorsRegular cadence with Equity Research communityPerform detailed analysis for the business internally across key metrics, as well as regular analysis of peers (Global and Domestic) to spot key trendsCapital Management & FundraisingManage the company's capital structure and identify opportunities for optimizing financing.Oversee capital raising efforts, including debt and equity financing, and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.Evaluate and manage investments and major financial decisions, ensuring alignment with company strategy.ValuationStrong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and financial analysis.A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business, economic environment, and sound commercial acumenBoard MaterialsCommunicating effectively across teams to create materials for board meetings.Will involve interacting with teams across Finance, Business and Operations on an ongoing basisRequired Skills And QualificationsQualified MBA/CA with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience.People with Start-ups or industry experience preferred.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basisProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointMust be data-savvy and be numerateWill be expected to create presentations with tight deadlinesGo-getter attitude with a strong work ethic, with willingness to be hands-on as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively with counterpartiesExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking skillsAbility to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situationsWhy Join Us?Work on cutting-edge technologies in system infrastructure and high-performance computing.Opportunity to build a strong foundational career in DevOps and cloud automation.Collaborative environment with mentorship from industry experts.Join us in shaping the future of AI computing!
