Finance Manager - Renewables

On behalf of a growing renewables firm in Dublin city centre, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager.The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group Finance Director and the wider leadership team across financial planning, group reporting, and strategic decision-making activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage consolidation activities, ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions.Oversee the end-to-end preparation of group-wide monthly reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Lead continuous improvements in reporting and internal finance processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and automation.Assume full ownership of the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 2+ years' PQE.Experience with consolidation, group reporting, and audit processes.Solutions-driven and process-improvement mindset.Strong team-player.
