About us:NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited “NRF” is a leading southeast Asian food manufacturer and distributor based in Thailand, producing its own signature brands, private label products, and co-packaging lines. In addition, the Company has diversified into plant base business and Ecommerce business not only in Thailand but also in USA and Europe.ResponsibilitiesReview all payment transaction documents.Verify incoming transactions against bank statements.Prepare the cash flow report to monitor the company’s liquidity and report to management.Execute foreign exchange forward (FW) contracts to align with appropriate financial risk management strategies.Supervise and review the team’s performance to ensure objectives are achieved accurately and on time.Review and control internal financial management operations.Coordinate with banks to obtain the best possible financial benefits for the company through all available channels.Control and approve all payment disbursements and related documents.Review the monthly aging report.Follow up on overdue accounts receivable based on the aging report.Review account reconciliation reports.Summarize the company’s credit facilities.Summarize all foreign exchange (FW) contract transactions.Resolve issues and provide solutions for the team when problems arise.Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) financial accounting operations, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and accurate recording of expenses.Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) financial accounting operations, including customer invoicing, collection monitoring, payment application, and customer account reconciliation.Ensure all AP and AR financial accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly classified in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting, payment schedules, and cash management plans.Provide financial insights and recommendations related to AP and AR performance to support management decision-making and company liquidity planning.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting/FinanceAt least 10 years experiences on Financial Management, Accounting Experience with supervisory or managerial capacityExperienced in treasury operations.Experienced in financial statement analysis.Experienced in liaising and coordinating with banks.Knowledgeable in loan application processes, loan drawdowns, and foreign exchange rate comparisons.
