Finance Manager- Accounts Receivables-Bangalore from Startup(CTC upto 18 LPA)

Key Responsibilities● Supervise and lead the AR team● Collection mapping, invoicing, Accounting, and reporting for revenue● Reconciliation of books with Customer Financing Partners, accounting for associated costs● Prepare and monitor aging report, manage collection to reduce overdue● Resolves disputes and discrepancies with customers and customer financing partners promptly and professionally● Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness● Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with relevant accountingstandards (e.g., I-GAAP, IFRS, Ind-AS)● Preparing necessary schedules for periodic GST–1 statutory filing.● Follow the company’s Internal controls and ensure they are operating effectively within theorganization● Support in statutory financial reporting, year-end Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and CostAudit● Collaborating with cross-functional teams for monthly handovers and follow-up on pendingreceivables● Assist the finance leadership on cost management, and improving collections.Skills/Qualifications● CA with prior experience of 2 to 5 years in a Finance Controllership role - with deep knowledge of Revenue recognition and account receivables management and knowledge of Indian GAAP● Good knowledge of accounting software Tally , Reconciliations of revenues.● Strong in Excel and Google Sheets● Superior attention to detail with the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities
