Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Finance Manager who will lead the daily finance operations of our distributorship business. This role is responsible for ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, optimized working capital, and strategic financial planning to support overall company performance and profitability. The Finance Manager will work closely with leadership teams across the organization to provide insights that drive sound business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily finance operations including billing, collection, treasury, and cash flow management.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational priorities.Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, analyses, and insights.Monitor and optimize working capital, ensuring healthy cash conversion cycles and zero overdue receivables.Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, insurance requirements, LGU policies, and statutory deadlines.Manage cost control initiatives, review cost structures, and recommend efficiency improvements.Support pricing strategies for both new and existing models through financial modeling and market analysis.Provide financial evaluations for promos, projects, and strategic business cases.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and strong collaboration.Ideal Candidate ProfileHas a solid background in financial management, with strong experience in reporting, analysis, and operational finance. You should be comfortable working with senior leaders, able to influence key decisions, and skilled in interpreting financial data to support strategic planning. A strong understanding of internal controls, forecasting, and cash flow management is essential. Experience in the automotive or related industries is an advantage. You are analytical, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a team while driving continuous process improvement. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
