Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Construction to oversee financial accuracy, reporting and governance across our national brownfield and greenfield development pipeline. This role is pivotal in ensuring our project financials are precise, transparent and aligned with business expectations.Operating at the intersection of Finance and Development/Delivery, you will play a key role in analysing project performance, managing claims, maintaining compliance, and producing high-quality reporting for our Executive team. What You’ll Be DoingProject Financials & ReportingClaims & Funding ManagementCapex Reporting & ReconciliationsFinancial Administration & ComplianceLeadership, Safety & Compliance What You’ll BringMinimum 5 years’ experience in project, construction or capex accounting.CA/CPA qualification (or currently completing).Experience with Procore is highly advantageous.Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets.Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder management.Proactive, organised and able to work to tight reporting deadlines.Flexible, positive approach to working across multiple teams.
