Finance Manager

Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We're looking for an experienced and confident individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Manager. As a Finance Manager, you will partner with the strategic teams in ensuring that the Company achieves its profitability goals while maintaining a good balance with brand and sales objectives. You will also be key in the Company's forecasting process and will provide regular financial reporting and analysis to Management.Responsibilities include:Working with Company management and lead the Finance team on the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and reports.Supporting in the preparation of budget and forecast process, cashflow analysis, and close monitoring of actual spending.Researching and providing recommendations on capital management, including idle cash utilisation and allocation.Conducting analysis on Company's hedging needs and provide recommendations on suitable hedging tools and strategies to deploy.Identifying areas for improvement or cost reduction, flagging potential risks, and opportunities for the company to scale.Analysing and investigating financial and business data, identify reasons of significant variances and propose action plans accordingly.Providing financial insights and perspectives to drive value-based decision-making and optimise business outcomes.Providing finance support on offshore expansion as necessary, providing insights and advisory on transfer pricing, FX impact etc.Improving compliance awareness of the Strategy team and enhance compliance environment.Requirements include:Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy, with minimally 5- 6 years of experience in similar financial planning/analysis roles, ideally in retail or FMCG industries.Experience in a leadership/management role would be ideal.Possess strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the confidence and ability to present to and advise Senior Management.Organised, demonstrate skills in prioritisation and ability to multi-task.Excellent analytical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel.By applying for a position at BTV Group Pte Ltd, you give us consent to keep your professional profile/resume for the period of 12 months from the date of application.
