RCB staff privilege day Good Friday.Job PurposeThe job will encompass full responsibility for the finance function of the Church of Ireland Youth Department (CIYD). The individual will have a pivotal role in the preparation of budgets, monthly managementaccounts,grantapplicationsandcomplianceandmanagingtheday-to-dayfinancial operations. To ensure that CIYD is in full compliance with relevant legislation in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, external funders and procurement.JobdutiesandresponsibilitiesReporttoCIYDmanagementonaregularbasisonallfinancialmatters.Preparationofannualbudgetforreviewandapprovalforagreeddeadlines.KeyroleintheproductionofmanagementaccountsincludingP&Ls,BalanceSheet,forecasts and cash flow, supported by detailed schedules including variant analysis and reports of actual versus budgeted and forecasted performances.
