Our AUM exceeds $4 billion, and we’re one of the fastest-growing firms in the cryptocurrency industry.OverviewAs Finance Manager, you'll ensure our management company continues to run smoothly as we scale, with an opportunity to exhibit and hone your operational finance skills on a global scale.ResponsibilitiesOversee the monthly closing process for all management group companiesConsolidate monthly accounts, forecast cash flow, and perform variance analysis in a timely mannerPrepare intercompany invoicing, including subsidiaries, affiliates, and fund expense reimbursements on a quarterly basisCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to manage timelines for internal reportingManage cost allocation and revenue recognition across various profit centersEnsure compliance reporting for all management group companiesLead the annual budgeting processOversee external audits and statutory reporting requirementsHandle bank, exchange, and custodian account openings for all entities, including funds and management group companiesProcess vendor payments and maintain an accurate invoice trackerMaintain a well-organized record-keeping and filing systemTake ownership of additional projects and ad hoc tasks as assignedRequirementsQualified Accountant with 5+ years in asset managementFluent in English and ChineseStrong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and make sound judgments or recommendationsExcellent interpersonal and business communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectivelySelf-motivated, independent, and eager to learn quicklyLow ego, high cultural and emotional sensibilities, and the ability to work effectively with diverse personality types internationallyLocated in (or willing to relocate to) Singapore, with the ability to work from our Singapore officePreferredFamiliarity with SEC regulatory requirementsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)Regional accounting experience, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United StatesPrior experience working in cryptoBenefitsHighly competitive compensation (commensurate to experience)Potential for performance-based bonusesAbility to personally invest fee-free in our venture and/or liquid fundsMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceLaptop and equipment providedAnnual benefit for cell phoneNote: The general salary range for this role is $70k-85k USD, although we will pay commensurate with experience.
