Embrace work-li fe harmony with 50:50 hybrid working, 26 weeks paid Modern Family Leave and up to 5 paid Carers Leave days a year Embrace ExcellenceThis role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality decision support for the Nordics & Germany, responsible for key areas such as financial budgeting and forecasting, brand and customer financial management reporting, overheads, trade investment and the control/governance of customer and transfer pricing.Reporting directly into the Senior Finance Manager for the Nordics & Germany, this role leads a team of 5 to deliver strategic and financial support to senior leade rship within the region. The role supports commercial decision-making, revenue optimization, takes a lead role in ensuring overall control of brand and customer expenditure and is a key point of contact in global projects. The role is responsible for annual revenue of c. £36M across the 5 countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway & Germany).Make an ImpactReporting to the Senior Finance Manager key responsibilities include; Lead and develop the Planning & Commercial Finance team (5 direct reports) Own and manage commercial P&L, reporting, and variance analysis Deliver accurate and timely management reporting aligned with regional strategy Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across brands and products Provide financial support to sales and marketing teams (e.g. pricing, promotions, investment plans) Oversee revenue management, pricing governance, and SAP price list integrity Lead process and system improvements, including planning tools and SAP BW Act as regional lead for Nordics & Germany in cross-functional projects and central team collaboration Your Talent And SkillsTo be successful in this role, you have: University degree in Finance or Accounting Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a commercial setting Skilled in financial control, risk evaluation, and strategic insights Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle large data sets Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint Due to the global nature of our business, and that this role will be a regional lead for Nordics and Germany, fluency in English is required.
