Finance Manager – EMEA Reporting12-Month Contract (ZZP’er or BV)€50–€60 per hourAmsterdam, NL (Hybrid 2–3 Days Onsite Per Week)Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for statutory reporting, compliance, and transformation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions?Our client, a global technology firm, are seeking a Finance Manager – EMEA Reporting to take full ownership of regional financial reporting, audit coordination, and tax compliance for a portfolio of countries across EMEA.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end statutory financial reporting across multiple EMEA entitiesOversee preparation, review, and approval of local GAAP-compliant financial statementsManage audit processes, partnering with auditors and key internal stakeholdersProvide technical guidance on US GAAP to local GAAP conversions and complex accounting issuesOwn corporate income tax compliance, disclosures, deferred tax calculations, and alignment with transfer pricing policiesSupervise internal teams or outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and qualityAct as the regional compliance lead, managing stakeholder relationships across Accounting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Finance OpsDrive continuous process improvement, automation, and compliance transformation initiatives across EMEARequirements5+ years’ experience in financial reporting & compliance within EMEAStrong expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory frameworksProven track record managing external audits and tax complianceLeadership experience in managing people or outsourced teamsSkilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationExperience driving process improvements or finance transformationFamiliarity with Oracle R12 or equivalent ERP systems is a plusBig 4 or multinational experience strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred)Interested?Apply now or reach out for more information.
