You’ll be joining the leadership team of a young and vibrant company where every day is different. Your role will combine finance, operations, and strategic input, giving you broad ownership and high visibility.You will:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple projects and entitiesOversee day-to-day operations and bring structure to fast-moving processesWork closely with project teams to support event planning and resource managementPrepare internal and external reports, manage audits, and ensure legal and compliance topics are under controlBuild strong, scalable processes while preserving the team’s creativity and flexibilityPartner with the CEO and Sales/Marketing on strategic initiatives and growth planningManage and mentor a small finance and operations teamProfileMinimum 5 years experienceExperience in events or creative industries is a plusFrench/Dutch and fluent in EnglishOfferA fun, informal, and high-energy work environmentSalary up to 110.000€ depending on experienceA young and passionate teamA chance to leave your mark on a fast-growing company in an exciting sectorFlexible hours and partial remote workA market-competitive salary based on experienceRegular team events and creative experiencesReal ownership, it is a role with high impact and responsibilities
