Finance Manager F/M - International Company - LU872603

A well-established international company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for a portfolio of entities. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage a small team, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes within a dynamic environment.Main Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals;Oversee accounting and financial reporting under Lux GAAP and IFRS;Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;Coordinate with auditors and internal departments (Legal, Tax, etc.);Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;Manage daily financial operations including payables, payroll, and treasury;Participate in various transactions and ad-hoc financial projects;Drive process improvements and promote best practices across the team.Profile:Minimum 6 years of experience in finance or accounting in Luxembourg, including experience in a managerial role;Fully qualified accountant;Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP; exposure to IFRS is an advantage;Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills;Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative team player;Fluent in English (spoken and written).If you meet the above profile and wish to apply, please submit your application, which will be handled with the utmost confidentiality by Jeanne Guériaux
