Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: Ibadan, NigeriaExperience Level: Minimum 4 yearsApplication Email: cv@ascentech.com.ngJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to support the organization’s financial health and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including cost control and revenue growth.- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.- Supervise and support the finance/accounting team.- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.- Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- ICAN certification is mandatory.
