For our client, an international company that is one of the market leaders in Belgium, we are looking for a Finance Manager to head up a small team of four people.In this role, you will be the site director's right-hand person. In addition to operational aspects, your expertise will be crucial for the group's future strategic decisions!This job is based near Estaimpuis.Finance Manager – The JobYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:Preparing budgets, forecasts, analyzing and explaining budget and revenue variancesSupervising a team of financial analysts and accountantsReporting regularly to the Group DirectorImplementing new internal procedures and tools to improve efficiency and productivity within the finance departmentLeading, training and supervising a team of 4 finance professionals (accountants, controllers)Finance Manager – About YouYou have at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalentYou are fluent in French, Dutch, and English at an operational level (minimum B2 in all three languages) and are able to express yourself easily both orally and in writingWith an accounting background, you have significant experience in a similar position, ideally in an international companyFinance Manager – The OfferA competitive salary of up to €90,000 gross per year and a full benefits package, including a company car, meal vouchers, net expenses, a hospitalization insurance, a yearly bonus.
