Finance ManagerAbout the CompanyOur client is a leading manufacturing company operating in industries that require high quality standards such as automotive, aerospace, and home appliances.With a strong production infrastructure and a vision for sustainable growth, the company is seeking a Finance Manager who will strategically contribute to financial processes and organizational development.Purpose of the RoleThe Finance Manager will be responsible for planning the company’s financial strategies, managing resources effectively, controlling financial risks, and contributing to corporate sustainability goals.This role will ensure the holistic management of financial processes through SAP FI/TRM systems and provide analytical support to senior management in decision-making processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Good command of English (minimum B2 level).Proficiency in SAP FI/TRM and MS Excel.Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and treasury management.Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.Strong analytical thinking, planning, communication, and leadership skills.Experienced in team management, solution-oriented, and committed to ethical values.Military service completed or exempt (for male candidates).Personal AttributesAnalytical and detail-oriented approach to decision-making.A collaborative leader who values teamwork and provides guidance and support.Highly disciplined, target- and result-oriented.Open to continuous learning and encourages knowledge sharing and development within the team.📍 Work Location: European Side of IstanbulKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare weekly and monthly cash flow plans, monitor collection and payment terms, and manage cash flow.Prepare income-expense, foreign currency, debt-receivable reports and present them to senior management.Manage relationships with banks for loans, guarantees, leasing, and cash management.Monitor Corporate Tax, VAT, and Provisional Tax obligations.Ensure accuracy and system integrity of financial data within SAP FI/TRM modules.Prepare long-term financial planning, budgets, and investment projections.Conduct financial operations in compliance with ISO 27001, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems.Support the development of team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.HUMAN KAPITAL Human Resources & Consulting Services Ltd. is a licensed private employment agency operating under the authorization of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) with license number 228, dated June 20, 2025.In accordance with Law No. 4904, no fee shall be charged to job seekers under any circumstances.
