Established in 1928, INDEX Holding prides itself on innovation and excellence in service deliveryJob SummaryThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the finance department, preparing budget forecasts, feasibility studies, managing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Other tasks include analyzing market trends, financial performance, and developing strategies to improve financial health.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop financial forecasts and budgets based on strategic goals and historical data.Perform feasibility studies, analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to the management.Provide strategic financial advice and support to the management in decision-making processes.Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation strategies.Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.Oversee and manage all tax activities, including compliance with UAE tax regulations.Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Key Skills and QualificationsA Chartered Accountant with a Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance or a relevant disciplineA minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a financial role with a successful track record of exhibiting strategic decision making and leadership skills.Experience in the UAE market and knowledge of local financial regulations.Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance, and analysisExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
