Finance Manager

Location: Deinze, BelgiumExperience: 3–5 yearsDepartment: FinanceThe RoleWe are looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role in structuring and scaling our finance function as the company grows internationally.You will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, monthly reporting, cash flow monitoring, and supporting strategic financial planning in close collaboration with the COO.This is a hands-on and high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly financial closing and management reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)Build and maintain financial dashboards and performance reports to support decision-makingMonitor cash flow, working capital, and optimize financial processes to support growthCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisorsManage daily financial operations, including accounting coordination, invoicing, and paymentsSupport budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysisPartner with business teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to align financial tracking with business performanceContribute to building and improving internal financial controls and processesSupport the implementation of short-term investment strategies to optimize cash managementSupport Board Meetings PreparationProfile3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Audit/Controlling (experience in a scale-up or startup environment is a plus)Strong financial modeling and analytical skillsExcellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principlesExperience working with external accounting providers and ERP or finance toolsHighly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detailComfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsFluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)Why Join UsOpportunity to join a fast-scaling consumer health brandHigh level of responsibility and direct exposure to leadershipEntrepreneurial environment where your ideas have a real impactHybrid and flexible work cultureCompetitive compensation and growth opportunitiesPossibility of remote 2 days per week
