Finance Manager | Up to CI$100,000Our client, a well-established and highly regarded organization, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial reporting function.This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Finance, responsible for overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, regulatory reporting, and supervision of the financial reporting team.Key Responsibilities:Lead month-end and quarterly close processesPrepare and review management and statutory financial reportsOversee general ledger integrity and reconciliationsCoordinate external and internal auditsEnsure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirementsManage, mentor, and develop accounting staffIdentify and mitigate financial, operational, and control risksRequirements:CPA or CA designation (required)Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent5+ years’ financial accounting experience2+ years in a supervisory capacityStrong GAAP/IFRS knowledgeAdvanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (e.g., ERP platforms)This opportunity offers exposure to executive leadership, strategic financial oversight, and a dynamic operational environment.
