Finance Manager

About The RoleOn behalf of our client, a leading organization in the medical aesthetics industry, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join leadership team and help to shape the company's future. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of finance department including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, and reporting Build and scale a high-performing finance teamOversee the preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, ensuring that all activities are executed promptly and by accounting policies and regulationsDrive financial reporting and deliver actionable insights for leadershipLead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity managementEnsure compliance across legal and tax frameworks as the primary liaison with auditors and tax advisorsDefine and implement finance systems, tools, and processes that enable automation and scalabilityRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
