Finance Manager

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operationsDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsOversee cash flow planning, expense control, and payment approvalEnsure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulations & tax requirementsLead end-of-month and end-of-year closing processesCollaborate with management for financial strategy and business planningCoordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant financial institutionsIdentify financial risks and propose strategic improvements to enhance business efficiencyMinimum Qualificationsachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory roleStrong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, accounting standards, and taxationExperience handling end-to-end finance operations (AP/AR, GL, cash flow, budgeting, costing)Familiar with financial modeling and business forecasting is a strong advantageStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHigh attention to detail, integrity, and ownership mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and leadership skills
