Finance Manager

This is a unique opportunity to act as a key bridge between our Russian operations and our international headquarters.The Role:As our Financial Manager, you will ensure full compliance, optimize financial processes, and provide strategic insights to support our business growth.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Compliance: Oversee daily accounting operations in full compliance with Russian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.Tax Management: Manage all tax filings (monthly, quarterly, annual) and coordinate directly with local tax consultants to ensure compliance and handle audits.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and provide localized data for headquarters consolidation.Present analysis reports highlighting operational risks and opportunities.Budgeting & Audits: Lead the preparation of rolling budgets and coordinate with internal/external auditors.Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, process payments, and maintain strong relationships with local banks.Process Improvement: Develop and enhance financial systems and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency.What We Are Looking For:Experience: 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Russia.Experience in sanitaryware, kitchen appliances, or home appliances is a strong plus.Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of PSAK and Russian tax regulations.Certification: Russian CPA qualification (Brevet B/C) is highly preferred.Language: Fluency in Russian is mandatory, with professional working proficiency in English.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PPT.Mindset: Meticulous, risk-aware, and an excellent cross-departmental communicator.
