Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer across Southeast Asia, and they are currently seeking a Finance Manager. Job Summary: The Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can drive financial excellence, ensure compliance, and support business growth through insightful decision-making.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 7 years of experience in financial management, planning, and reporting (preferred manufacturing sector).Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and audit processes.Strong knowledge of SST. Proficiency with accounting system (Navision) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
