Job DescriptionFinance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operation in EU region, including financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, audit, and compliance. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a finance team. Will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operation:Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate financial and tax risks.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.Manage internal and external audits.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the finance team members, fostering culture of inclusive and continuous learning.Collaborate with cross functional teams and HQ to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.RequirementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Hands on knowledge of European financial regulations and accounting standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Strong communication and presentation skills.
