The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in ERP systems, FP&A, business modeling, and financial automation — transforming finance into a data-driven decision-making engine.This role is suited for someone who has worked in fast-paced organizations or startups, understands digital finance transformation, and can align financial operations with Mohsyn’s mission and long-term strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting (FP&A) functions for the organization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and fund management to ensure fiscal health and efficiency.Drive ERP implementation, integration, and automation across finance workflows.Build financial models for strategic planning, investments, and scenario analysis.Manage corporate finance functions, including cash flow, working capital, and treasury.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and audit standards.Partner with leadership to analyze business performance, optimize costs, and support growth initiatives.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.RequirementsACCA, ACA, or CA qualified (required)6–8 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or ERP-led finance functionsProven experience with financial automation, system transformation, or ERP implementation (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle)Strong analytical background with expertise in business modeling and data-driven decision-makingExcellent command of Excel, financial tools, and ERP reporting modulesExperience in fast-paced or startup environments preferredStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsWhy Join Mohsyn?Shape and lead a purpose-driven finance functionBe part of a growing organization with real social impactWork in a supportive, people-first environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsApply at: meena.kumari@mohsyn.comLocation: Naval Anchorage, Islamabad
