Duties will include financial planning to determine how to pay off liabilities and grow the business, reviewing financial documents to ensure tax compliance, and collaboration with other departments to achieve monetary goals.Qualifications & Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalentMinimum experience of 12 years, of which 5 years hold a leadership position.Hold an accredited certificate in accounting, such as CMA, CIMA, CPA, and ACCA, is preferred.Strong Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.Experienced in Tax filing, VAT, and Corporate tax.Intensive knowledge of UAE labor law.Adept knowledge of different accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.Strong problem-solving and negotiating skillsPersonal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client informationJob Responsibilities:Execute accurate reporting that enables sound analysis and financial recommendationsManage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authoritiesComply with national and local financial regulations by studying existing and proposed legislationManage a team that develops financial and valuation models, materials, and recommendations for executive decision-making by conducting comprehensive analyses and utilizing appropriate methodsCoordinate strategic financial planning for the company and its clients, including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, and risk toleranceFocus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity (management fees, fee splitting, gross-ups, reclasses), balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals), and accounts-receivable cash application, in compliance with GAAPPerform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.What we’ll contribute to you:Community of Belonging: We’re an organization that believes in continuously fostering a nurturing atmosphere for optimal productivity and security, where people feel safe and empowered to unleash their unique potential.Equal Opportunity: We are providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
