With a strong community of learners across the country, we’re building cutting-edge products that make industry-ready skills accessible and effective at scale.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, support monthly book closure, contribute to MIS reporting, assist in audits and oversee statutory compliances. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholdersKey Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable● Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations● Monitor customer billing, collections, and outstanding receivables● Ensure timely closure of AP & AR ledgers with accurate ageing analysisBooks Closure & MIS● Support monthly/quarterly book closure activities including accruals, provisions ,and reconciliations● Prepare and provide inputs for management reporting and MIS dashboards● Assist in variance analysis vs. budgets/forecastsAudit Support● Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors● Prepare and maintain audit schedules and documentation● Ensure timely resolution of audit queriesStatutory Compliance● Oversee compliance with applicable statutory requirements(TDS, GST, PF/ESI, Companies Act-related filings etc.● Support in timely return filings and payments● Maintain proper documentation for regulatory purposesQualifications ● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.● 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with exposure to accounts payable / receivable, book closure, and audits.● Experience with Big 4 firms is preferable, as it adds strong process orientation and industry best practicesWork Location: Hyderabad Work Days: 5 (Monday to Friday)
