Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tema Metropolitan District for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data to support business decisions, managing cash flow, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and ensuring financial transparency for stakeholders. Qualifications Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance with financial standardsExperience in cost management, cash flow optimization, and identifying process improvementsExcellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency with financial software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, accounting systems)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plusIndustry experience in logistics, Oil & Gas, or related sectors is beneficialStrong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
