We are seeking a Finance Manager, who will contribute to operational finance tasks, support strategic initiatives, and help integrate future subsidiaries into our financial framework.This role is ideal for someone who combines solid knowledge of accounting and financial operations with first experience in strategic financial planning and project management. You will play a key role in financial reporting, controlling, and supporting the leadership team in financial decision-making. You’ll join a team that thrives on collaboration, values ownership over hierarchy, and seeks meaningful impact — in finance and beyond.Key Responsibilities• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, including the integration of new subsidiaries and business units.• Accounting & Operations: Ensure accurate and timely booking of financial transactions; coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.• Strategic Project Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives, support financial aspects of internal projects, and provide decision-making support with financial insights.• Controlling & Monitoring: Support in tracking KPIs, variances, and cash flows, and assist in preparing internal reports to ensure financial transparency across teams.• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and tools, working closely with tech, operations, and leadership.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with operations (Grant, Legal, HR) and external partners to ensure financial alignment across departments.Skills & ExperienceRequired Skills & ExperienceEducational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field (Bachelor, Master)Professional Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in a finance role (e.g. controlling, FP&A, accounting); strategic exposure (e.g. budgeting, project finance) is a plus.Accounting Know-How: Ability to handle operational accounting topics and communicate confidently with tax advisors and external accountants.Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the bigger picture while working with financial detail; comfortable with numbers and strategic context alike.Clarity & Precision: In a fast-moving and complex environment, clarity is advantage.
