Your responsibilities will include engaging with finance and sales transactions, as well as aggregating revenue via the CRM system (Salesforce).[Responsibilities]Manage Accounts Receivable(A/R) and Accounts Payable(A/P)A/R aging & trackingA/R chasingEmployee expense review and journal entryHandle banking tasks by managing bank accounts and corporate credit cardsEngage in monthly finance/accounting closing and sales supportFacilitate the sales team in finalizing sales transactions and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales orders and relevant dataReview and manage various finance/sales documents, such as invoices and purchase ordersProvide assistance to the international sales team with tasks related to invoice issuance, license management, and renewal processesSet up an account in client’s payment systemsAct as a liaison between the sales team and finance teamManage accounting and finance matters based on guideline from seniors[Requirements]Must1+ year experience as a finance/sales admin or other administrative roleFluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)Emphasis on professionalism and attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skillsGlobal mindsetPlusExperience with Salesforce is preferred[How We Work]Team ProtoPie Works with 5 Company Values Autonomy & ResponsibilityWe respect everyone’s autonomy while taking responsibility for freedom and for judgment between right and wrong for the company.
