Finance Manager

Role OverviewAs our Finance Manager, you will serve as the primary financial anchor for our Saudi Arabia operations, while being fully based in our Dubai office. This means balancing meticulous operational execution (closing, audit, AP/AR) with strategic analysis and modeling for a high-growth market. You must be comfortable wearing multiple functional hats and applying strategic judgment to complex business decisions daily.ResponsibilitiesManage the accounting, bank reconciliations and all AP activities of the companyOwn the month end closing.Track Budget vs Actuals.Maintain financial models for forecasting & budgeting.Prepare and present the MIS to the leadership in a timely manner.Provide insights and analysis to support key business decisions.Lead the annual audit with support of the CEO/CFO.Support the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives.Lead treasury function, including but not limited to processing payroll and maintaining/ opening up bank accounts.Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and meet financial obligations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Conduct periodic audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns.Monitor customer performance and ensure contractual compliance.Complete AR activities pertaining to invoice preparation and collection.Qualifications5+ years work experience as a Finance Manager.In-depth understanding of the market and scope of FinTech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems.A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Accounting or a similar finance related field; additional certifications is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites, advanced MS Excel skills.Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems. SaaS experience would be ideal.Familiarity with KSA local/regional financial laws and regulations. Understanding of UAE laws and regulations would be beneficial.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
