Finance Manager

In this role, you will ensure financial integrity, drive performance optimization, and support strategic decision-making at both regional and corporate levels.About Us Oboya Horticulture Solutions is a multinational manufacturing company. Oboya provides One-Stop Shopping supplies for Flowers, Vegetables and fruits Growers, Packer, importers, Exporters, logistic and Wholesalers in more than 90 countries around the world by supplying daily consumables ranging from Substrates, Bacteria, irrigations, Pot and trays, packaging materials, buckets trolleys and displays.Founded in 2005, Oboya has manufacturing facilities as well as sales organizations in more than 20 countries.Position OverviewKey responsibilitiesOversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting/tax regulations.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Lead, develop, and mentor a geographically distributed finance team.Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.Support senior management in assessing investment opportunities and evaluating business risks.Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.Solid experience in financial management, ideally within an international business environment.Strong knowledge of IFRS and European tax regulations.Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are a strong advantage.Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional growth and international career development.A dynamic and multicultural work environment with supportive, collaborative teams.If you are a results-driven finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a global organization, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Apply now:Please submit your CV and a short motivation letter through our career page or directly via email to tatiana@oboya.cc
