Established to serve the financial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, SIJIL aims to improve the mechanism of financial lease and contract registration.Role Description: Responsible for managing the Finance function, including fiscal planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations while supporting strategic decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans.Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial forecasting. Coordinate with external auditors and government entities. Lead and coach the Finance team to achieve departmental goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (master’s preferred).Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, including at least 1 year in a managerial role. Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and budget management.
