Finance Manager International | Medical Devices | NetherlandsWe're supporting a fast growing medical device company in their search for an experienced Finance Manager, International to join their expanding European team.This is a key role reporting directly to the VP International, where you’ll act as a strategic finance partner, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multiple regions.What You’ll Do:Oversee all financial operations for the international business (forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and reporting)Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making and commercial growthEnsure compliance with local accounting, tax, and audit requirementsManage cash flow, cost control, and financial riskProvide insight into business performance, supporting expansion and operational excellence across marketsWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a medical device or broader healthcare companyStrong understanding of international finance operations (Europe/Global exposure preferred)Confident working in a scaling, fast-paced environment where you can hit the ground runningBased in the Netherlands This is an exciting opportunity to join a company bringing innovative technologies to patients worldwide and to play a pivotal role in shaping their international financial success.If you have relevant experience and are open to hearing more, feel free to message me directly or apply below.
