Finance Manager, Technical Accounting

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopesResponsibilitiesConducting in-depth research on critical accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates and performing financial, cash flow and income statement analyses to assess the impact of new accounting standards or regulationsProvide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting and regulatory changesProviding technical support to the finance team in relation to complex accounting issuesRevise and maintain the group’s accounting policies to align with the latest accounting standardsServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication on accounting topicsUndertake additional tasks assigned to support business needsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required; advanced degrees or CPA certification preferredAt least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/technical accounting; prior audit experience is advantageousStrong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or US GAAPProficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial instrument valuation is a plusExceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFluent in written and spoken EnglishLife @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
