Our innovative technology helps organizations around the globe connect, learn, and perform better.We are now looking for a Finance Manager with drive, vision, and international experience to strengthen our Conference and Healthcare divisions at Televic NV.Join a growing, global company where innovation meets impact.Your Role as Finance Manager:As Finance Manager, you will lead and develop our finance teams in Belgium, the USA, France, India, and China. You will manage all financial processes of Televic NV and act as a key business partner to management.Key responsibilities:Financial leadership & compliance: Oversee accounting operations across all entities in line with Televic Group standards and local legislation.Reporting & analysis: Manage monthly closings and deliver clear, data-driven management reports — both per subsidiary and consolidated per business unit.Budgeting & forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and monitor performance in close collaboration with P&L owners.Strategic business partnering: Provide actionable financial insights that support decision-making and business growth for all business units and all the organization enabling services.Cash management: Optimize working capital and ensure accurate cash forecasting with the COO.Process & digital transformation: Drive finance process improvements, automation, and data integration — working closely with our excellent Data Team to turn insights into action.International expansion: Support the setup of new subsidiaries and ensure sound financial structures worldwide.You report to the CEO of Televic NV and work closely with the Group CFO on topics such as M&A, consolidation, and liquidity management.Your Profile:Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or Commercial Sciences.5+ years of experience in a financial management or controlling role.Experience leading teams — ideally in an international environment.Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear business advice.Fluent in Dutch and English.Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative personality with a drive for improvement.Comfortable working with digital tools, data analytics, and automation in finance.What We Offer:A full-time position in a successful, fast-growing international company with strong Belgian roots.A competitive salary package, including a personalized Televic Bonus Plan and attractive benefits.A culture that promotes innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.The freedom to shape new initiatives and bring your ideas to life.A no-nonsense, people-focused work environment where your impact truly matters.Join Televic – Innovate.
